The location was super convenient (next to Tofukuji station, easy access to Nara Line and to go to Kyoto Station), it's super nice to stay at a house instead of a hotel and the staff even drove us to the house when we arrived. Every appliance had detailed instructions in English in the guest book. Great value for money.

The facilities and equipment are fully equipped, just like at home. A lot of kitchenware is provided. The kitchen is spacious and convenient. The location is very close Tofukuji station,just need 9 minutes by walking.

Nice and clean. Has a living space on the first floor with mats and table. Kitchen and toilet is well equipped, even has a nespresso machine with capsules provided. Sleeping area on second floor is also comfortable and clean. Just a 5min walk from JR train station. Provides cab transport from checkin location (which is near kyoto station) to actual accomodation (tofukuji station). Overall an excellent stay.

staff were very kind and informative, they can drive you or send your luggage to the house (which is different to the check-in location).

We rented a tipycal Japanese house. It was very cozy and in a well connected position. The house was very clean. A special mention goes to the staff, they were very supportive, kind and welcoming.
